Pricing Information
While rdsons.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Rdsons.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Rdsons.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, Rdsons.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not be deemed accepted and Rdsons.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event that Rdsons.com accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment may be processed prior to Rdsons.com dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account.

We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on Rdsons.com as well as in all our group stores under the corporate entity - Rdsons Group. However, sometimes a price online does not match the price in our store. In our effort to be the lowest price provider in your particular geographic region, store pricing will sometimes differ from online prices. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
All prices mentioned on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR). If a price is quoted in a currency other than INR it is subject to change & will not be a binding upon us if the payment is not credited in our a/c within 24hrs. All prices quoted exclusive of Duty / Excise / Octroi. PayPal Charges are EXTRA (If not included in our Quote). Cancellation by Rdsons.com
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

Cancellations by the Customer
In case we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount after deducting any processing fee charged by bank/paypal/ccavenue. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. Rdsons.com has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Rdsons.com and accept Rdsons.com's decision regarding the cancellation.
Credit Card Details
You agree, understand and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on Rdsons.com will be correct and accurate and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e. in a credit card transaction, you must use your own credit card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid credit card details to Rdsons.com. Further the said information will not be utilised and shared by Rdsons.com with any of the third parties unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order.Rdsons.com will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on you.

Rdsons.com reserves the right to recover the cost of goods, collection charges and lawyers fees from persons using the Site fraudulently.     • rdsons or its executives are not responsible for any delay caused in attending to or replying to the queries via email.
    • Communication through email would be stored by Rdsons for future reference; customer would not have the right to access this information at a later date.
    • While calling or emailing you may not put on any objectionable information i.e. unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene information.
    • Rdsons or its executives will not be responsible for any delay caused in providing you service, repair of your product.
    • The respective companies will solely be responsible for the service and replacements, we will only act on the companies behalf and according to their terms.
    • You may proceed further, and email or chat with our customer care executive only if you agree to the above terms and conditions.

Warranty Terms
By purchasing a product from rdsons the customer agrees that the seller’s i.e rdsons responsibility will by limited to the extend of being a mediator between customer and product’s  service centre for providing after sales service as per the pre defined terms on the warranty card of the product, Sale invoice & our website in cases where a customer is unable to contact the company’s service centre directly / The service centre is not functional / Has moved to some place else / Is not located in the customer’s locality / customer requests rdsons for his convinience.

Rdsons under no circumstances will be liable or responsible to provide replacement or exchange of any faulty product in warranty or guarantee period hand to hand and will not be responsible for the delay caused. Rdsons & its executive or owners will not be responsible for the any consequent loss caused directly or indirectly by the product. Onsite warranty is only valid if mentioned on the invoice/warranty card/site other wise it is deemed that the product should be taken to the company’s authorized service centre or our showroom to avail warranty as per terms mentioned in para one of warranty terms.

HOW TO AVAIL WARRANTY
In case of a fault with the product, the company’s whose product is purchased should directly be contacted on their service center for after sales service (The nos. of the same can be obtainted fromt our website link: http://www.rdsons.com/main/complaint_form.html / Directly from the respective companie’s website / Warranty card / Our Showroom.
Alternately faulty products can be sent to our showroom at customer’s expense and rdsons will get them repaired or replaced as per that company’s policy, which can take up to a week's time minimum or more. We will under no circumstance we responsible for any delay caused.

In following conditions the warranty of product will be Void / rejected if:

  • You do not have warranty/guarantee card or Invoice.
  • Serial no. of the product is tempered
  • Date of manufacturing or Date of purchase is tampered / Faded / not readable for whatsoever reason.

Following are not covered in warranty / guarantee:

  • Burnt : Chokes / Lighter / Stabilizers / Elements of all kinds
  • Motors - in which water has entered. In case of ceiling fans it happens usually in rainy season where ceiling is leaking.
  • Bulbs & Tubes (Either sold loose or with any other appliance or apparatus like fly killer machine)
  • Flask's Glass Refill's breakage for any reason
  • Stainless steel insulated flask when: Inner lid is broken b) When body is dented from outside. Due to these two reasons water will not remain hot or cold for long durations.
  • Breakage of any kind.

OUT OF WARRANTY REPAIR

Now you can avail after sales service from rdsons as well be sending your faulty products at our HO address at your own cost. If you are a customer outside delhi then you can also send the product by courier in such a case the total amount payable will be Total cost of repairs + courier charge to your place of destination. Whenever a faulty product is sent then our service team will first check it and will send you and estimate if at that time you do not wish to get your product repaired then MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE for that product will be CHARGABLE. Pickup and Drop off / Courier charges will be Extra.

 

You Agree and Confirm

    • That in the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Rdsons.com for redelivery shall be claimed from you.
    • That you will use the services provided by Rdsons.com, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Site and transacting on the Site.
    • You will provide authentic and true information in all instances where such information is requested of you. Rdsons.com reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point of time. If upon confirmation your details are found not to be true (wholly or partly), Rdsons.com has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar you from using the Services of Rdsons.com and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
    • That you are accessing the services available on this Site and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this Site
    • That the address at which delivery of the product ordered by you is to be made will be correct and proper in all respects.
    • That before placing an order you will check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item's description.
    • That you will retain sale invoice & warranty card of the product purchased and will not tamper & will make sure the serial no. & date of mfg. is intact without which the warranty will be void ab intio.

Further to above rdsons reserves the right to discontinue or refuse payment by any of the above methods without siting a resons whatsoever.

Allotment & Shipping

    • The products will be allotted to the customers whose payment has been received first
    • Items for orders placed together may be shipped separately

Delivery

    • For cash payment mode, delivery guarantee starts after receipt of cash
    • For cheque payment mode, delivery guarantee starts after cheque realization
    • All order will be dispatched within 48hrs of the payment being credited in our account.
    • Rdsons reserves the right to chose the courier service to dispatch the order. Usually if the order is above 5KG it will be dispatched via TCIL and it will be customers responsibility to collect the same from their warehouse located in/near customer’s mentioned  shipping address.

Discount Coupons

    • Discount Coupons received from us previously can be redeemed at all times.
    • More than one Discount Coupon cannot be applied per order.

Cancellation and Refunds

    • Cheque payment mode orders will be cancelled if cheque is not deposited or intimation of the same is not given to us within 48 hours from the time of placing the order
    • All cancellations and refunds will be handled as per our standard Cancellation Policy after deducting any charges if levied by the bank/PalPal/ccavenue

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This User Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India. The Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.
Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by Rdsons and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in New Delhi. The High Court of judicature at New Delhi alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
