  • How can I track the position of my order
    A online tracking id is provided (On Request only) to enable you to check in real time where you material is. This you can do by loggin on to the shipping agent's website.

  • How will I avail warranty / Guarantee of products ?

However in an unfortunate event you might face any problem with your product in warranty period you should approach the respective company with our duly filled warranty card & invoice which we provide at the time of sales in absence of which your warranty will be void.

  • Can I return unused goods purchased from you? What is your refund / return policy?

    If you are not satisfied with a product, the unused product must be sent to us within 15days after you recived it at your own expense. After inspecting it, We will refund the amount within 45days after subtracting 12.5% (in lumpsum for processing fee,packaging & taxes) from the cost of the product excluding freight.

  • Can I return Used goods purchased from you?

    No, used product can not be retured.
