A bain-marie (also known as a water bath) is a French term for a piece of equipment used in hotelware, resturants, messes, hostels, farm houses, canteens etc. for cooking & to heat materials gently and gradually to fixed temperatures, or to keep materials warm over a period of time. They are ideal food warmers when you want to keep food warm for in large quantities for long durations.
Hi grade Stainless Steel used in bain marie.
Each containers has a big capacity of aprox 3.5 + Liters
(To give you an idea we have placed it along side with a standard 2 Slice Toaster)
