How to Use Hot Case:
When Using the hotcase for the first time pre heat Hotcase for about 15minutes. During the preheating process keep the Door / Sliding Glass open. A new element might emit some slight smoke for the first time it is heated , so it is important to leave the door open for a few minutes to let the smoke escape.
1. Pre heat for about 2 minutes.
2. Put the food directly on the racks.
FOR OFFICE : The tiffins should be ideally put in hotcase the first thing in the morning as you arrive in the office / shop / Factory or atleast an hour prior to the Lunch time. Basically it depeneds upon person to person how hot he likes to have is lunch. Also don't worry If you leave it a few extra hours as it won't get over heated, ever!

When you order with us you can be sure to have the product delivered to you without any breakage as proper care is taken when packing and shipping the product. If your location is outside DELHI NCR region then this packing would have to be done for which charges are extra. (Shipping is also extra).
Spot Light option (CHARGES EXTRA - Not included in above prices)
It is for better viewing of samosa, patties, burgers or anything that is placed inside the hotcase. Spot Light Charges for 55Lit:Rs.1200 , 110Lit:Rs.1,600 , 160Lit:Rs.1800 . By default Hotcases without light will be supplied.
USAGE : It is Ideal for home, Restaurants, Backery, Hotels etc.
